Toywar  etoy.com vs etoys.com - who's winning, you figure it out!

  Internet battlefield now showing it's colors, as hackers are said to have taken down numerous sites. This was pioneered at toywar.com in a different type of action. Their battle was a one on one fight, a David vs Goliath story right on the edge of the 21 century. First, etoy.com an artist group out of Austria was pitted against etoys.com a very large corporate entity from California, next the evolution of this fight took a turn no one expected. Faced with court action by etoys.com, etoy.com countered with electronic warfare on the internet.  Robbed of their domain address soldiers armed with both modern & ancient codes of ethics went into battle. Creating an offensive based on secret plans their mythical strategy worked from an artistic viewpoint. Looking at etoy from a '60's position, they are poised to win the battle, who knows where the war will go.

  OPINION  Sardines. A shaken soda can opened. Shopping on Christmas eve. And now major internet sites. The connection is they are all so full that getting in is impossible.  Interesting parallels to the peaceful protests of the '60's eh?  Now we can look forward to the cyber-fascist goose steppers wading in with their over the head sledgehammer attack.  These mega-site cyber-blockers are working at cross purposes as their actions can only create a sense of paranoia in the mainstream forcing Big Brother to attempt to force feed a so-called safer environment for "everybody" down our modems.  As Holmes was wont to say, " Watson, the game's afoot ".
